Around Christmas time, I spent more that I should have on Amazon while shopping for neat kitty toys.

I bought pipe cleaners at Target for an art project ($1.99) and Owen found them on the floor.
He literally made his own toy from a bent orange pipe cleaner and chased it around the house for weeks.
Of course, not to be one-upped by a kitten, I made my own version by tying several together and twirling them. Bend them around a writing utensil and viola! Cat approved toy for life.
